Starting price covers audience criteria review, provider selection, licensing coordination, standard fields, and delivery of a mail-ready file. Final pricing is the greater of supplier cost plus a 40% markup or supplier cost plus a $250 minimum procurement fee. Premium selects, specialty occupations, multiple audience segments, email or telephone append, repeat-use rights, restricted categories, and unusually expensive vendor data require a separate quote. Printing, mail preparation, and postage are not included.
